Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Crown Travel Agency. We understand that plans can change; however, because we commit time and resources to curate your perfect itinerary, the following policy applies to all bookings.
1. General Policy
All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable administrative fee. The specific amount of this fee is determined by the type of vacation booked (e.g., domestic vs. international, individual vs. group tours, or luxury cruises).
2. Fee Determination
The cancellation fee is calculated based on several factors, including:
* The complexity of the itinerary.
* The proximity to the departure date.
* Supplier-specific penalties (airlines, hotels, and tour operators).
> Note: Our agency fee is separate from, and in addition to, any penalties imposed by third-party vendors.
3. Changes and Amendments
Should you wish to reschedule rather than cancel, Crown Travel Agency may, at its sole discretion, apply a portion of the cancellation fee toward a future booking. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Owner’s Discretion & Updates
Cancellation fees and policies are subject to change at any time without notice based on the owner’s discretion. This allows us to remain flexible and responsive to shifting industry standards and supplier requirements.

Travel Insurance Recommendation
Crown Travel Agency highly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance. A "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) policy may help you recover costs that are otherwise non-refundable under this policy.
